For new construction, the recommended ideal time to begin working with an interior designer is during the architectural design phase (before obtaining a building permit), while the next best time is during the construction of the building itself.
In the case of reconstruction/adaptation of an existing interior, the ideal time to begin working with an interior designer is before the start of the unfinished demolition/removal/new construction works.

For real estate with our partner construction investors, we offer a comprehensive service that can additionally include taking over supervision of the execution of works in accordance with the interior design project until the moment of handover to the client (so-called turnkey).
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Conceptual design is the initial, strategic phase of a project in which the basic ideas, vision and direction of the solution are defined before detailed development. The primary goal is to lay a good foundation with the client so that they can function successfully as a team during the project. In order to understand the context and history of the space, we collect all the essential characteristics through in situ analysis: existing architecture, dimensions and orientation.
This is followed by the selection of a floor plan solution with the disposition of furniture and equipment, which includes a pictorial and textual explanation of each proposed variant. The selection of an appropriate floor plan solution primarily satisfies functionality and ergonomics, respecting the context of the space through all previously collected data.
The design documentation of each project is based on an abstract idea (word, quote, feeling.) which is given by the moodboard of feelings/moods, and is present during the entire creative process. The realization of this abstract idea into tangible forms is carried out through architectural details and finishing materials, and in this way the entire project documentation is successfully rounded off with a conceptually given narrative.
DESIGN PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
There are no half-baked solutions if you truly want to create a personalized space that will serve clients for many years and provide the same satisfaction as on day one. Therefore, this step involves executive design project documentation that includes, down to the last detail, everything needed to realize the desired interior: a feel/pattern map, a 3D model with photorealistic renderings, a 360° panoramic interior render, technical drawings for electrical/plumbing/flooring/drywall works, carpentry schemes for custom-made furniture, and a precise cost estimate for furniture/equipment/decoration.
We create only high-quality, photorealistic 2D renders and 360° panoramic renders of the future space so that clients can understand the potential of their space as realistically as possible.
Our technical drawings have an engineering basis and contain all the necessary information for contractors during the construction process. All drawings are elaborated in detail and are coordinated with each other to avoid unwanted overlaps between different professions. We pay special attention to technical drawings for electrical work, i.e. the lighting plan, which includes detailed positions of all lighting fixtures and their technical details (mechanical and electrical properties, quality and quantity of light, durability). Understanding these parameters allows us to select lighting that is optimally adapted to the space and the needs of each client.
Finally, a detailed, structured cost estimate is prepared for the equipment/furniture/decoration and services required to complete the project documentation, all within the pre-set budget. With our precisely developed cost estimate, there will be no hidden costs, and clients have full control over the financial aspect of each stage of furnishing.
SUPERVISION OF WORK PERFORMANCE
When imagination and engineering are resolved — the moment for creativity comes, i.e. bringing the vision from paper to life. For properties purchased from our partner construction investors, we also offer project management, in which we monitor the given interior within the timeframe: from the unfinished stage until the moment of occupancy.
We undertake professional supervision and coordination of the work of all involved contractors (electricians, plumbers, drywall installers, painters, ceramicists, carpenters, installers of ready-made furniture and decorations) so that everything is in accordance with the agreed implementation project of interior design.
Project management also includes all necessary meetings with third parties involved in the project to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the design documentation (other professionals: carpenters, lighting designers, architects, stonemasons, etc.).
